Building Concepts LLC is a full-service construction company providing construction services to municipal, commercial and residential clients in Maryland.
Founded by Sirel Mouchantaf in 2003 providing structural engineering services for residential clients. Shortly thereafter, the company started providing construction services to exclusively service its' development portfolio. Since that time, the company has developed into a full-service general contracting company servicing all clients in the industry.
Sirel is a licensed engineer (PE) and certified construction manager (CCM) with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

What We Do
Building Concepts is a full-service General Contractor located in Carroll County, Maryland. We provide construction services for municipal, commercial and residential projects within the Maryland area. Building Concepts has a highly diversified project portfolio to include marine construction, installation of pre-engineered buildings, building renovations, and helical pile deep foundations. As a General Contractor we not only rely on our extensive list of subcontractors, but we typically self-perform excavation, concrete foundations, structural steel erection, carpentry and various select finishes.
