Project Scope: This project calls for the Demolition and New Construction with Site Work of a concessions building at Corkran Middle School. Scope includes demolition of the existing concessions building, grading, construction of the new concession building, including water and sanitary sewer, and expansion of the existing parking lot. The following services will be required: site demolition, erosion & sediment control, grading, drainage, storm water management, maintenance of traffic, milling and overlay/wedge and level, concrete work, site lighting, and landscaping.

Bid Due Date: Subcontractor bids are due to Building Concepts, LLC NO LATER THAN  Friday, November 14, 2025 by 5:00pm. Please note - we cannot accept last minute bids. We need sufficient time to review ALL subcontractor bids in order to prepare a competitive proposal for the owner. Please make sure your suppliers understand that subcontractor bids are due sooner than the owner's bid due date for GCs.

Requirements: Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Please review and acknowledge the rates in your proposal.

Addenda: Please review and acknowledge all Addenda in your proposal. Be sure to check back periodically for any added addenda.
