Project: Towson Library Interior Renovations
Location: 320 York Road, Towson, MD 21204
Owner: Baltimore County DPW
Project Scope: The project consists of a selective interior renovation of four (4) public restroom facilities and
one (1) private restroom located on the second floor. The scope also includes the relocation of
non-load-bearing interior partitions within the administrative area and carpet replacement at the
Rotonda. Work includes updated lighting, minor modifications to the HVAC system,
replacement of interior finishes (including floor and wall finishes) within the renovated areas.
Cleaning of the existing drains and adding a new linear trench drain outside the ground-floor
vestibule entrance.

Requirements: Baltimore County Prevailing Wage Rates & Local Hiring Laws are applicable to this project. Please review and be sure to include the rates and acknowledge in your proposal.

Project: Holt Memorial Park Enhancements
Location: 34 Elmont Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206
Owner: Baltimore County DPW
Project Scope: The Arts Center, constructed around 1900, and log cabins, believed to be constructed in the 1930s, are historic and should be preserved to the greatest extent possible. New materials used for repairs and renovations will be carefully selected to match or coordinate with the existing historic fabric. The design team is recommending minimal interventions in order to minimize the impact on the historic character of the cabins. The Arts Center scope includes renovations to the Greenhouse and repairs to the brick pavers. The Garden Cabin scope includes a new American with Disabilities Act restroom addition to the north side of the cabin, replacing the exterior wood siding with cement siding, and other minor repairs and upgrades. The Nature Cabin scope includes reconstruction of the front porch as well as other structural repairs, replacing the exterior wood siding with cement siding, and interior casework. The 112 McCormick Avenue Cabin scope includes renovations to raise the floor in the existing Kitchen area and reconfiguration of the addition to provide an ADA restroom. The Garage scope includes sealing of the concrete slab and storage shelving.
