Bidding Opportunities for Subcontractors

Location: 8133 Sandpiper Circle, White Marsh, MD 21236 

Project Owner: Baltimore County Department of Public Works & Transportation 

Scope of Work: Renovations to the meeting room and adjoining storage rooms, restrooms, janitor closet, and lobby of the existing Baltimore County Public Library White Marsh Branch. Renovations to the meeting room include the replacement of the existing floor finish, ceiling finish, and lighting. The existing storage rooms, restrooms, and adjacent hallway will be demolished and reconfigured to increase the storage capacity for the meeting room and provide updated layouts for the restrooms to better serve the library clientele. The lobby and new corridor area immediately adjacent to the new restrooms shall receive new floor finishes, ceiling finish, and lighting. The proposed renovations do not involve changes to existing use and occupancy, structural work, exterior modifications, or changes in occupant load.

*Please note that this is a Prevailing Wage Rate project. You must acknowledge these rates in your pricing proposal. You can find the rates in the google drive folder. 

Additionally, please acknowledge in your price proposal all addenda. Be sure to check the google drive folder periodically as all addenda will be added to the folder as soon as we receive it.
