Scope: The Crownsville State Office Facility, located at 100 Community Place in Crownsville, Maryland, is a modern office building that serves various state agencies. It features contemporary architecture and provides a professional environment for government operations, with amenities designed to support both employees and the public. The facility is part of a larger campus. Work for this project consists of upgrading the restrooms on floors 1 to 4 to be ADA and GSA compliant and reconfiguration to the ground floor Shower Rooms to include DGS required Adult/Baby Changing room and Mother's Room. Restrooms in the building are accessible to anyone who enters the building through the Lobby level screening process. It is not accessible to the general public.

Requirements: Maryland Prevailing Wage Rates - please review and include rates in your bid price and acknowledge this in your proposal.

Goals: This solicitation has VSBE & MBE goals (including African American-Owned & Women-Owned subgoals). Any eMMA certified VSBE firms & MDOT certified MBE firms are encouraged to bid!
