Project: Mt. View Middle Entrance Renovation

Location: 12101 Woodford Dr., Marriottsville, 21104

Owner: HCPSS

Project Scope: The project consists of an interior entrance renovation to the existing Mt. View Middle School main entrance and administration offices.

Work Hours: At this time, the expected work hours for all contractors are Mon-Sat 6:00am-2:30pm in order to complete the project during the school's summer break. There may be an option to adjust the hours to Mon-Fri 6:00am-4:30pm.

Bid Due Date: Subcontractor bids are due to Building Concepts, LLC NO LATER THAN Friday, November 6, 2025 by 5:00pm. Please note - we cannot accept last minute bids. We need sufficient time to review ALL subcontractor bids in order to prepare a competitive proposal for the owner. Please make sure your suppliers understand that subcontractor bids are due sooner than the owner's bid due date for GCs.

Requirements: Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Please review and acknowledge the rates in your proposal.

All on-site workers must be fingerprinted prior to appearing on site. Please review requirements within the bidding docs.

Goals: This project has MBE Goals including Women-Owned & African American-Owned subgoals. Certified MBE firms are encouraged to bid! Please be sure to let us know when you send your proposal if your firm is MBE Certified.

Addenda: Please review and acknowledge all Addenda in your proposal. Be sure to check back periodically for any added addenda.

Project: Mt. Hebron HS Entrance Renovation

Location:  9440 Old Frederick Road, Ellicott City, 21042

Project Scope:  The project consists of an entrance renovation to the existing Mt. Hebron High School. Work includes an addition, housing main office reception and an entrance vestibule, and renovation of a portion of the existing administrative suite. Site work is limited. All site amenities / athletics fields are to remain as existing.

Project: Bank Building Renovation & Courthouse Restrooms

Project Scope:   

This project is for renovations at two county owned buildings, a Courthouse and Bank Building. See below

Bank Building:

This project is for renovations at two county owned buildings, a Courthouse and Bank Building. The Bank Building Scope is as follows: This project is a renovation to an existing building. The proposed project will house the Harford County State's Attorney office. It will consist of office spaces and their associated support spaces. The existing use is business and remain a business use. This project is a level 3 alteration per the existing building code consisting of an alteration to the existing space. That is more than 50% of the existing building. The existing construction is assumed to be a type vb, single use, and the entire building is currently, and will remain, non-sprinklered.

Courthouse:

The Courthouse Scope is as follows: This project is a renovation to the existing courthouse. The proposed project is to add to single user staff restrooms on the 1st floor/main level. The restrooms will overtake portions of currently occupied office space. This project is a level 2 alteration per the existing building code consisting of an alteration to the existing space that is less than 50% of the existing building. The existing building’s use, occupancies, and level of fire safety/egressing will remain as it exists.
